I meant to mention that the blur and the grain were added to make it look more like a Crime scene photo..or at least the ones they show on TV! :-)

The blur doesn't work for me as it's overdone. I think the balance needs to be redressed so that you selectively blur but leave the knife intact. Nice idea though.

Even though I get what you mean by 'crime photo' I still don't think the grain works here very well. I love the idea though.
