henrimanguy 0 Posted February 23, 2006 Thank you to rate, and also to comment, above all if your rating is under 4, because it is always interesting to know what is bad or what can be improved in a photo. This is the essential purpose of Photo.net. Link to comment
klein 0 Posted February 24, 2006 Good composition, but the profiles of the buildings seem too blurred. Is it intentional or some problems with the transfer camera/pc? Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted February 25, 2006 It leans a little to the right (?) and is, like the other image, a little bit over-sharpened. But, again, I love the idea. Taking the photo of an oft-photographed building but this time framing it with a bridge. Especially because bridges are such an important part of the culture of Paris. Keep giving us these images from Paris, please! Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted March 3, 2006 Thank you Ferdinando and Lou Ann. About the blurred edges, I think it is rather a problem with the jpg compression for load the photo on photo.net. The original version is well. Lou Ann, are you sure it leans to the right ? When I draw a vertical line on the spire, it passes on the center all the long. But you are right, this loaded version is oversharpened.Best regards Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted March 3, 2006 I could very well be wrong about the lean. I'm looking specifically at the "tower" on the left, the last piece of architecture before getting to the frame.... Link to comment
dguindon 0 Posted March 4, 2006 Pink bg holds me in this one but the person walking on water pulls me out again. Plus the arches black thickness on the left gives me the illusion of a right tilt it seems. Other than all that Henri I like it. Regards. Link to comment
