Guest Guest Posted February 20, 2006 It has great depth, helped by all the lines going both ways...clouds, bridge, railing. I like it very much! Link to comment
bille 0 Posted February 20, 2006 The intersecting lines make this shot. The clouds almost seem to radiate from the bridge. Also a very good conversion to B and W. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted February 20, 2006 Bob, This is terrific! I love the radiating lines. I'm impressed you were able to wrangle all the elements in this scene into a cohesive composition. When I visualize this without the sky, the forground railing would easily overpower the scene. That sky without the foreground railing would do the same. The gentle slope of the bridge adds just enough tension to the radiating lines to keep this from looking contrived. The small vertical pilings add yet another textural dimension that compliments rather than conflicts with a visually dynamic image. This is a great addition to your series of this bridge. Any progress on that "rap" yet? Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted February 23, 2006 uncritiquable composition. Perfect use of the different lines. Link to comment
afs760bf 0 Posted February 24, 2006 Great use of multiple angles on this one, Robert. A fine photo - all the right elements in all the right places. Great tones, as well. Best Regards. Link to comment
