an odd perspective....at first my thinking was you couldnt really get the full feel of the objects and ruins around...but its already growing on me as i just sit here and type......good shot! Very creative angle

Rather unusual angle. Love the 12-24 Nikkor too. Lovely coloration and tact sharp.

Great use of the wide angle. Now, I can't say this is a great photo in my opinion, in particular because of the position of the beam which hides a large part of the ruined house. So, the beam lead my eye towards the pile of rubble which don't seems very interesting to me. Nevertheless, you where right to try it.
