jim kerr 0 Posted February 18, 2006 Sondra, Among the many good things one can say about this great composition, I should think it would make a terrific "White House" Christmas Card.....There's not many great scenes get by your eye......Jim Link to comment
alaska wolf 0 Posted February 19, 2006 . . . as my son, SGT USMC, likes to say. You have some very interesting lines and textures in this photo, which make for a nice composition. Regards, Wolf. Link to comment
colin carron 58,916 Posted February 19, 2006 Beautiful use of colour with the bold flags in front and the subtle, almost mono background making for a change in tone with depth. Intriguing! Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted February 20, 2006 Wolf is right - those colors don't run! I like this the best of the three ... but then again, I'm totally prejudiced. :-) Is this B&W with the colors put back? Or did the snow just make for a natural B&W setting against the flags? I love the White House in the background. Thanks for sharing this with us! Link to comment
nirakara 0 Posted February 21, 2006 This is definitely something the white house would want! You have an amazing eye for making beautiful compositions. Link to comment

lbattjes 0 Posted March 1, 2006 Not much more to say...this is a great shot. Nicely composed, great crisp bold colors on an otherwise colorless day. You have a great eye for finding the right shot. Definitely great for a card! :) Leslie Link to comment
