yorktowntaiwan 0 Posted February 12, 2006 Very nice shot, but i don't think the pink border works here. Link to comment
rejith 1 Posted April 8, 2006 Very nice indeed, except for the border .. Friend Allan, if I may make a suggestion in general - I am seeing a lot of very bright borders you are putting around the pictures, which in my openion are toning the focus on the pictures down IMHO, people tend to notice border first and image last .. A dark or even gray background will kick the picture up a lot ... Link to comment
namurray 0 Posted July 2, 2006 Most unusual and appealing composition Allan. Sharp and clear. I agree about the pink frame but I ignore frames altogether when evaluating photographs. Good job. Regards, Neil Link to comment
farmer on the hill 0 Posted October 11, 2006 Many captive birds if not all are the result of cruel hunting of birds, most from third world countries; these birds are then sold to many developed countries such as yours. Even though many birds are bred in captivity and the off spring are then sold' it still promotes pet stores to obtain exotic birds which are obtained with very cruel methods; many of these birds are killed and their young left to starve to death because of the bird trade. About 50% of all birds captured die while being caught or transported not to mention the abandoning of their young. Link to comment
