Guest Guest Posted February 7, 2006 You really feed my weakness for cats! Your kitty images are so GOOD! They're like Glamour Shots for cats! Link to comment
markboyer 0 Posted February 7, 2006 This just may be the best kitty shot yet. The intensity of the stare is matched by the intensity of the color, with the perfect dark background. I like the crop, too. Link to comment
bentes_world 0 Posted February 7, 2006 What an attitude ... very saying and so nice. A very nice close-up of the Mama... and nice light too Kim. Link to comment
colin carron 58,916 Posted February 7, 2006 The close up really gives this punch and the catch light in the one eye is slightly scary! Link to comment
kim_tural 0 Posted February 7, 2006 This is great! I just love this close up. I wish I could get that with my little one. I have a problem with her, every time she sees me, she runs to me, just like a dog. Unusual crop you chose, artsy. Link to comment
kate_hatton 0 Posted February 8, 2006 Gorgeous choice of colours for the frame too - I bet your home's really tastefully decorated too! :) Link to comment
mike_f4 0 Posted February 8, 2006 VERY NICE PHOTO BY THE WAY CAN SOMEONE PLAEASE TELL ME HOW YOU ACHIEVE THE BLACK BACKGROUND EFFECT. I CAN DO IT ON A FLOWER. BUT ON A PET? HOW DO YOU DO IT??? Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted February 8, 2006 Thanks for the visit, everyone! Mike, again on this shot, it was the lighting that helped create the dark background. There are a number of ways to get a black background. With an animal, it's a little harder because you have fur to consider. I'm getting ready for work right now, so will try to send you a more detailed email later. Link to comment
