Very nice IR shot, Sondra. Most IR shots I have seen included just a lanscape with vegetation, here the swan enhances the scene. Well composed and exposed, the highlight in the left upper corner is just a minor distraction. Best wishes. Peter

I love this subject for the IR photography. The interesting leaves all bright against the dark in the water against the white bird. Lovely!

Funny what Jim said! It does seem too good to be true! great work!

I can imagine you waiting for the swan to come along...a little further....a little further:-) The swam just adds the right focal point for the shot. Question : do black swans come out white n IR too?

Colin, I think black swans are black, vegetation is affected mostly, skies and water are darker.
