Jack McRitchie 150 Posted February 5, 2006 Very interesting and unusual composition with the more or less empty areas on top and bottom and the majority of the action limited to the middle third. Another interesting aspect is that, except for a few jutting masts, the top of the boats extend almost uniformly to the horizon line. This causes the sky to appear almost like a curtain coming down (or going up) on the scene. This image needs time to percolate in my brain. Link to comment
drybrain 0 Posted February 7, 2006 very well composed multiplan image. nice rang eof grays. a cat for deapth in front and an interesting group in the middle. the boat scene is busy but not distracting - in other words, i like it a lot. Link to comment
