A faster shutter speed would have served this photo better, and maybe a step to the right to enable us to get a look at what all those guys are heading to.

I love this shot, Giv! The overall tone and color quality sets the mood for me. It feels like a warm summer day. I like the depth of field in that it's just enough. Amazing little creatures they are. As far as the shutter speed, it's just my opinion but it seems to me that having the wings blurred slightly conveys movement. I think the faster shutter speed would also work but it wouldn't convey movement as much. There is no right answer, just the image above. Good work!

Shutter speed is fine IMO, just enough movement to show that they are on the go. Good DOF, separation from the background is fine, very nice image, well done.
