Simon: I love the color pallete in this image. In addition, the composition is truly well done. The blue in the upper left hand corner as opposed to the black sky, the warm red against the building to the left, and the same type of light coming in from the right, this image really appeals to me. There is even an untold story: Is the cart normally pulled by the mule? Do the men own the cart? All unanswered questions. Great capture of a slice of life. Good work.

After seeing the second photo of the "Siwa" series I must say they are very good. Once again I like the composition, very well balanced. Is very interesting discovery aesthetical value in the common life, that's what your two photos (Siwa VII and Siwa V) show to me. The house in the left corner with that color in the wall and the curtain of light, plus the mule, it offer a surrealist environment to that scene (this make me feel they are two worlds in that world). Photos with life! I like it.
