I see most of the comments are on the 'hot' girl, so let me comment on the photo instead...

And it works. The hair and bold makeup here works for this shot, as do the clothes. She suits this context and the colours work well. All in all, this is a good fashion shot - appeals to both men and women. I like her pose, like the background - like the expression. You've captured this one well.

Here's what I think. What she's wearing is great, the expression is fine, but the light at the bottom has some shadows that disturb the picture. For that reason I would have cropped the bottom, but because there's the hand in the picture I can't find anywhere to cut it ! So I would have either tried to find a spot with better light (hard sometimes) or I would have moved the hand. But the top of the picture is fantastic. Very coherent with the mood and the dress. pl

Thanks, maybe its possible to do something about the light in the bottom of the picture in Photoshop.
