Nicely done and well composed. I tweaked the midtone values about 30 pts and slightly tweaked the brightness and contrast...what do you think?

It's nice, but it's difficult to see the details in the ice at the bottom. The texture is there, but it doesn't reach out and grab the viewer. To improve, try to get closer to what is most interesting in the photo. This is about 25% too far away.
