There were 7 or 8 people running up the steps, which I estimate at

over 100. This capture was the best of 7 frames. Who are they and

why are they doing this? They are a rowing team for a local

university doing workout to stay in shape! Ah, to be young again.

Hi Howard, came back and slowly adjusting. I like the way of the horizontal stairs as contrast to the vertical "lines" of the people.interesting shot. Pnina

Not for me, Howard...I am too old for this sort of streneous exercise.... Youth is beautiful, though! And I agree with pnina's critique....! Nice work!

fun and dynamic, the right one already chose the victory-shirt. You took the optimistic crop with the biggest part of the stairs already climbed ;-)

One of the hardest ways to exercise! Not for me though, I'll just stick to jumping on my bike every now and again...

Great photo with the three youths bringing dynamism into the photo. I like the way you placed them close to the top of the frame, showing where they came from, but also hinting they still have a long way to go.

Howard, I tend to agree with Wilson. A bit of rotation could bring something quiter special to the shot (i.e.: pace, urgency, speed).

As some pointed its a very dinamic work. I also think its a very good composition, clean and simple.

I love the horizontal lines here. I can just imagine these three running up the steps of some official building here. Good eye!
