Tangerine Dream

ian cameron

A wonderful glowing tangerine sun in a sky veiled by sea fog is responsible for the fantastic colours. I have always liked a large percentage of my image dedicated to the most important elements and forego the natural rules of composition to facilitate it , hence the huge proportion of sky to land. The group of trees is vital to provide a strong anchor to the image. Incidentally this is an accurate scan of the original Velvia transparency. Please take a look at some new images recently uploaded to Transient Light and Timecatcher.

A vivid sunset with the suns power diluted by sea fog. The

fortuitous bonus was the fog itself glowing with radiant light. This

is a close match to the original Velvia tranny.

Very pronounced color here (almost too pronounced - but still on the real side). I like the spacing and composition as well.

Nothing to add without sounding "dum" (b left out intentionally) so "perfect" is about all I feel qualified to say.

I'm glad someone well-trained in photography was there with a camera to capture this image and share it with those of us who can appreciate the skill required to to do so. What a magnifacent shot. Rated accordingly.

I believe that this image deserves some kind of mas that a couple of seven, beautiful setting, respecting the line of the thirds, the color, I believe(create) that helped by a filter, the arbolitos in his(her, your) low left part, and her(it) brilliant of the Sun, Perfect, a cordial greeting Cameron,
