Michael, having followed your work for quite a few years now, I find this change from your norm simply brilliant, lovely composition and very striking. THe only small thing I would complain about and this isnt your fault, but when you look at the large view, its pixelated very badly. Otherwise its fantastic.

Exceptional panorama. Im assembling some paoramas from Greece but having trouble with barrel distorion not being corrected in stitching software.

 

Any tips on how you stitch these together or shot for pano?

Hello Michael,

 

your picture is very good. There's nothing more to add to what the others have said, except one thing: The picture would have been more balanced if you added more space to the right of the mountains, because it looks somehow cropped this way. Anyway, very good picture :)

What a fantastic shot, I love the Southwest, wow, how about that sky. There is one thing I'm a bit undecided about, and that's the road. I kind of like it on the left where it sheens in the highlight, but on the right... I'm not sure it's adding much. I really can't decide, I kinda lke it and and I guess -- if you can follow this train of thought -- I don't want to say that I don't like it because of the road, but would kind of liked to see a version without the road. Does that make any sense? Probably not,... Great shot either way.
