colin carron 58,916 Posted February 2, 2006 Paula, great idea with echoes of Botticelli's Venus. I feel maybe the three shots have slightly different tonal qualities so they don't merge as successfully as the Gaia image. I wonder if the background would be better with a lighter tonal quality? (I don't know, you understand - you are the expert at this!). A fascinating series with all sorts of possibilities. I shall look out for future additions. regards - Colin Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted February 2, 2006 I will try,Colin. I darkened the background on purpose, but, maybe, a bit too much. I also have a version in color, and a version, very aged. This one was the one that cinvinced me more, but will try to lighten the background. Thank you for your feedback: much appreciated. Link to comment

Kostas Angelopoulos 0 Posted December 3, 2006 Oh Paula! The myths of heroes like Thisheas, Iasonas, Kadhmos need to be studied very very carefully! If someone can discover the deepest of the messages inclouded, will not need fearther social education in his (not so her :-) from Pasifae and later :-)) life. Remember that the strongest message is at the very first parts (chapters i should say?) of each myth. I love this image! 7/7 Link to comment
