Sogokon 0 Posted January 26, 2006 With this picture I've just wanted to reflect the story I've heard from my spouse's granny about the toys made of hay she used to get as a gift from her father. Her childhood falled into difficult times of the beginning of the 20-th century. Rowan necklace is what was used at that times by little girls to make the toy beautiful. Granny lived long life and died at the age of 100 years. Time goes but we have to keep good memories. Thanks for your time Link to comment

Sogokon 0 Posted March 15, 2006 Thanks for leaving your impressions here. Pnina - I bought this toy in England. It is amaising that in different cultures some traditions are similar! Link to comment
lisicica 0 Posted March 31, 2006 I don't know much about technical aspects, I go on feelings and this photo to me is so warm, full of love and sadness, as it is waving to us straight from the past, made of "skazki". Great work, Sergej! Link to comment
