I like the idea in this. I think I would crop the bottom to remove whatever that thing is intruding at bottom. Your shot is in the center & top anyway

Yes, I agree that the protruding thingy is distracting. I'm not that good at photoshop yet so as to be able to remove only that object without affecting the rest, I really want to keep the other dummy at the bottom right ans don;t want to crop the picture.

Judicious and careful/skilled use of the clone tool. Or crop it.

If you magnify only that section you want to remove in PS it makes it easier to use the clone or brush tool than working the smaller version

Here's a quick fix. One can do better.
