In my opinion,the clouds and the mountains are the more important elements here.Therefore I think I would prefer to put the horizon somewhat lower within the image(without altering the dimensions or proportions).

I really like this photo, but something makes me think you may have used a filter... a strange one that only affected the grass in the middle of the photo. It seems unnatural somehow. But with those lighting conditions, who knows!?
