colour Icon square

any thoughts on the most beautiful square of the world

I agree that Piazza del Campo is the most beautiful square in the world but you have taken the shot in harsh light causing lots of refelcted glare and a washed out appearance. This shot is best taken in the morning when the piazza is lit but the sun is not too high.

The lightcolour would be a lot better, but then I wouldnt be having the shade of the tower in the middle of the square. And the tower is quit important in the architectural appearance of the square, as it is in the photo...... imho
