This is my redo image to show more detail as was suggested, tryed to

make it little bit lighter than the original post.

It seems to have balance, and the detail is nice and sharp. Did the hawk swoop down to catch its meal? Just trying to figure out why the hawk is down on the ground like this so if I ever come across one I know what to expect! :)

This is the bird's landing, it was after mice in the field.

Not quite as bright and detailed as Marks' version but i dont know how he did that. Perhaps some fill flash would have helped at the time? Really great pose in a great environment. nothing better than a great display of feathers like this. all the best.
