be greatly appreciated. I'm looking to improve my photography skills.

At first glance I see nothing that needs improving. If nit-picking is what you want to hear then, here goes... Possibly the use of a faster shutter speed at next chance. To keep the flag moving in breeze crisp. I like what you did to isolate the flags by desaturating all else. Congrats on a good photo!
