Charles, I was attracted to this image because I have one that is quite similar: "The Last Leaf".

I think you may have attempted to include too much in your image, which is also a habit that I have. Sometimes less is better, but sometimes that needs to be considered at the time the photo is taken and not when it is cropped.

I thot I saw this in some one's portfolio ... great minds think alike. Nicely balanced.

Arthur, for the comment. I really like your landscape work, especially the Columbia River Gorge photo. I hope to get to that area to shoot this year.
