Karl Schuler 48 Posted January 16, 2006 Thanks Spencer for your feedback. The 5D is new for me and I am still learning. I am exploring the possibilities and limitations. In photos with big contrast I got more depth with the Hasselblad and Provia Film. The possibilities to shoot good photos in very dark and very light situations are great. The most important advantage for me is to have the pictures immediately available. Karl Link to comment
salvatore.mele 1 Posted January 16, 2006 Karl, ask 100 people and get 100 different answers, but I'd go for three changes(1) no background "things" behind him (shoulder, head, and -worse- eyebrows)(2) no background structure in front of him(3) a square crop (getting still a good black area in front of himCheers, s.
