Charles_Webster 226 Posted January 11, 2006 Very nice picture. I especially like the Black-necked Stilts, and this is an excellent capture. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 11, 2006 oh wonderful composition and concept! But IMHO I would crop more of the top till the beginning of the upper part of their legs, meaning to crop off the whole bird body and I wish that you have more space and bird tail on my right, and without those reflection on the upper left corner, so to make like a triangle of birds and legs in the middle of the photograph/frame! Uf.. excuse me for my bad English, Hope you did understand what I wanted to say! Happy new 2006 :) Biliana Link to comment
bryan olesen 0 Posted January 12, 2006 A quick try at some cloning as Biliana suggests. I dunno, see what you think... Link to comment
jerry ting 1 Posted January 12, 2006 Charles, Biliana and Bryan for your inputs. Really appreciated. Biliana, I think Bryan pretty much shows us how the image looks like based on your input. What do you think? Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 13, 2006 Yes, I meant that - the Bryan suggestion, and I like it even more but I need more space/bird body on my right too, so it has a symmetry! But that was my idea daer Bryan!Biliana Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 13, 2006 Yes, the Brian example is what I meant, but with more space on my right! and it would be perfect IMHO! Love it! and YOu daer JERRY what do you think of my suggestion? do you like it? Thank you, B:l:ana Link to comment

jerry ting 1 Posted January 13, 2006 Well, you guys are really demanding :) The weather is excellent today here in the Bay Area and I just got my 80-400mm VR back. So I will go out this afternoon after work and try my luck. Link to comment
alanzaza 0 Posted January 23, 2008 Jerry, this is beautiful. I like it as is. It gives the "sticks" more impact, and make it less of an abstraction. --Alan Link to comment
