Are you shooting from a hill or another building? It would also be interesting from a slightly lower angle. Nice picture.

David, I was shooting from the highway. There was a steep hill and private property between the barn and I.

Good photo - I like the tension of the fences in both fore- and back-grounds. I wish the trumpt of the barn was not so centered - I'd like to see more of the terrain to the right of the frame.

Sondra, I like the telephoto compression here and the barn really pops out of the muted tones of the rest of the landscape. The barn is too central imo but whether there is a better composition there I couldn't say. Given your skills I would imagine not.

Really beautiful. I can feel the crispness of the air and want to go wandering in those hills. Love the barn- why are they always painted red ?
