Bridge

Any comments and/or ratings are appreciated.

I like the area and the nighttime, but I wonder what's the subject? What's going on in the scene? Is it the man sitting down? The bridge? The bright light? Everything fits in the picture neatly, but what is central to our interest? Maybe if the man is the main subject can he be placed in the foreground in the light emanating from the lamp?
