YES. Just correct levels and enhance saturation slightly. Beautiful enough without too much PSing ;)

The white of her eyes are blue and the teeth are yellow. Teeth naturally are yellowish and warmth is better in a portrait. Maybe take the blue out of the eyes a little. otherwise, it's a great shot of a beautiful lady
