I like the position that you took from. Very nise yellow and i alos like the curled patal.

Many of photo instruction books tell that this kind of "centered" composition isn't good. But this photo is enough strong to smash such a fixed concept to pieces!

The centre looks very good in colour and texture as the flower is slowly unfurling it self to the light.Darkening the background has added depth to the image

It has unfurled its glorious beauty for all to see.The twist of the leaves is very pretty.Looks like a perfectly crafted gold medallion.Very enchanting!

I like the blue cold touch Amal, in the bg, compared to the warm colors of the flower. Nicely done, Pnina

Bright & cheery to welcome the New year. The petals are indeed very nicely curved.

The first word that came into my mind when seeing the thumbnail. This is just beautiful! I like the way the light enhances the bright colours of the unfolding leaves, set against that blueish darker background and also the gradation in the flower from the bright yellow to the warmer reddish colours in the heart.
