Now a question: Do you use VR when using your 1.7tc and 70-200? I'm not having much luck with this combination. Help please...

Bryan, yes, I always turn VR on when I use the lens and no matter with converter attached or not. The only situation that I'll turn it off is when I take picture of fast moving objects like flying birds, planes, cars...etc. Why you ask? Do you have problems with VR + Converter?

Jerry, I can't seem to get crisp, in-focus shots with this combo. It's probably due to too slow shutter speeds because I'm always on ISO 200 for lowest noise. I'll experiment and let you know... Thanks for the info.
