jmoody 0 Posted January 6, 2006 Size matters? :-) Best part here is the "claw marks" towards the center and bottom. Eye catching and intriguing even long after the eye's been originally "caught". Beautiful shot. Almosrt an African print feel to it (though slightly off in the color scheme) Link to comment
germainclaude 0 Posted January 6, 2006 The repetitive patterns are very interesting. These contrasting colors too. Link to comment
susan stone 0 Posted January 7, 2006 I find it very interesting how we all interpret the images we compose and share, this has the symetrical look of a Zebras hide. I can just picture you and Roger elbowing each other out of the way to shoot the same subject, "but Linda, I do shots of rust.....". What a pair! Link to comment
wilsontsoi 0 Posted January 10, 2006 I like the green tone and the complimenting brown pattern. Perhaps tilting the frame would make this interesting capture even more dynamic? Good eye as usual, Linda. Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted January 16, 2006 Extremely nice abstract. I just started reading a new book on art. One exercise is to think of a specific thing, like say "feathers" and see how many different places you will now see feathers that you did not before. Kind of a mental exercise. I'm having fun. Now if my ole hand will heal, I'm going to start taking pictures again!!!! You are getting my creative juices flowing!!!:) Link to comment
ljk 0 Posted January 17, 2006 Hey Jayme...great idea! Creative concepts of subject....an assignment! Link to comment
chuck_kirchner 0 Posted May 20, 2006 Wonderful image, Linda. Interpretation is obviously in the eye of the beholder - I see a slinkly dress with straps. But regardless of interpretation, its a nice composition, subtle colors and sharp. Good work. Link to comment
