The Broom Makers. From the Project Shopping in Peshawar

It was great fun to go through the backyards of the old city of

Peshawar and to document scenes of the daily life of the people living

and working there. They made sure that there is no woman in sight and

then they enjoyed posing for the camera. I will go back there soon.

I know, photographing women in Pakistan is quite a challenge, but it can be done.

You took a bit of distance from your subjects, and that makes it a bit uninvolved. Also the camera at eye level may help create comtact with the subjects.

I really like the three seperate groups interacting.

I would consider cropping the far left just up to the standing broom material. it would focus the eye more on the people.

I really like this picture. The panorama format works very well. The interaction between the guys is really good. OK with Alexaner for the scale, but it's a d鴡il.
