female weddings against their will is a common phenomenon in the sub-

continent. the theme 4 this work generetated from legend of Anarkali

[a maid of Mughal prince Saleem ], who fell in luv with Prince

Saleem & was buried alive in a wall by the Emperor. comments &

I think this photo is very beautifull! The expression of the woman suits well to yours idea, but I don't understand the meaning of the butterflies. Still they are beautifull. I think the colour and the butterflies makes this photo a bit too sweet. This photo is still a masterpiece.

hely, well, the idea of butterflies popped in before i made 2nd & 3rd version of the origional idea..2 me, butterflies represent harmless innocence of nature & many girls in indo pak r nicknamed as " butterflies "..besides, when i worked over this theme, they looked beautiful in the image & added spice & color..i had 2 make adjustments & work harder..it paid off in the end, i suppose.

I thought you might title this Psyche. Interesting, not sure I like the idea of weddings - let alone a wedding against one's will.

Great presentation of Anarkali in Landa Bazar umair bhai.

Tones, texture, theme n light are just perfect.

in my opinion two butterflies are enough the one on sholder n other one on hair clip. Still every eye catching n emmotional shot.

Sorry cant rate 7's due to restriction.

Regards.

Umar, I liked the idea, but a bit overdone for my taste. Too many butterflies, too much textures and color alteration distract my eyes from the beautiful face of the woman. I am hoping that the original portrait is your work too - I want to see that without much artistic impressions

Beautiful work! I am wondering how it would look if the butterflies were less saturated.

thanx everybody 4 stopping by..Rina, i agree with ur comment, the origional shot's still in 32 layers & i worked on it 4 less saturated butterflies & they look tremendous & don't draw attention from the face of the model...thanxxxx!
