Guest Guest Posted December 30, 2005 I like the colours, the composition is good but I would prefer it fliped horizontaly(dont worry I am sure its just me.) Link to comment
mnigro 0 Posted December 30, 2005 this is a nice image and true to the visual grid-lower left to middle to upper right. to flip it horizontally would be a compositional error. Link to comment
julio_segura_carmona1 2 Posted December 30, 2005 Excelente encuadre y perfecta luz, color y belleza, Happy Year 2006 Alec. Link to comment
lgreene 0 Posted December 30, 2005 Very vivid colors. The composition here stands out as different . The space after the foreground drops off and with the cascade starting farther back than the leaves-you have a nice concave feel to the shot. Link to comment
free2run 0 Posted December 30, 2005 Very pleasing colors and details. Happy new year 2006, Alec. Wayne Link to comment

cherlyn 1 Posted December 31, 2005 Smooth gashing water nicely framed by the green foliage. The piece of rock/log gives a good balance to the colours of green. Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted December 31, 2005 Thanks guys, it was after the rain and eveything was cool and wet with no wind blowing. Best for slow shots like this. A very happy new year to all at PN looking in. ^_^ Link to comment

kim_tural 0 Posted January 1, 2006 This is wonderful! The colours give your image a 3D effect. Link to comment
roberto_pagani 0 Posted January 1, 2006 It seems to be bit manipulated, but, in any case, it looks very nice. Compliments Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted January 2, 2006 Kim, Jose, Curtis I value your kind comments. Thank you. Roberto, if you look at the image you can see it is very clean - no need to manipulate at all. It has a 3D effect because of the sharp foreground as well. I purposely stopped down to F32 to get the slow speed for the silky flow and the tack sharp image. This can only be achieved on a very still day. I was lucky as most of the time the wind will be blowing and everything will not be as clear. Link to comment
