A view of the Art Deco building that now houses the Art Institute of Philadelphia. It was originally the home of WCAU and was the first building in the country constructed expressly for use as a radio studio.

The facade of the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Shot in mid afternoon, the challenge being

how to deal with the reflections off the glass building across the street.

Intended as a mood piece and my question is whether or not this works for you.

Thanks for any comments, especially critiques.

Well, I'm embarrassed. Seen that thing ten thousand times, never made a single exposure. Maybe I need new eyes...

And I have a D70 too.

Great shot!!!! As for the shadows, I thought this was shot at dusk and the reflections were light painting of some sort. I think that as you have it here, the reflections add to the impact, rather than detract from it!
