What equipment are you using? I only have a 75-300 canon image stabilizer lens and getting a close up shot of eagles is very difficult for me. I like that you are capturing the immature eagles. Many people pass them off as another hawk and don't bother taking the picture. Big Bear Lake in the San Bernardino Mountains here in southern California has protected space for bald eagle breeding season. That's where I go for my eagle fix! Can't wait to see more eagles from you.
