henrimanguy 0 Posted December 31, 2005 The subject is not very much common and rather original. It makes me think that I would like to do the same but with a train passing. I don't know if I would have the courage to be so close. Happy new year to you. Link to comment

louise bridge 0 Posted May 21, 2006 Very nice. It took me a brief extra instant, during which time I enjoyed visually roaming around amid the pleasant tones and colors in this image, before I even clued in to what the image showed. Real nice. Link to comment
Doug Keller 0 Posted February 25, 2007 Just browsing through, Walter ... and this one stood out. You got a lot going on here. Interesting how there's the solid, cool-rocks, rusty-bondage kind of feel ... but also the delicate splitting of the more human wood element. Nice contrast in color, too. The foreground rock ... with it's speckles of warm-rust, picking up the rail-hue, is almost decorative. And there's similar contrast in the light. It all comes together, in a way. Though, my only criticism might be that the brightest rock spot, might be just a tad too bright. Not sure. But, if it is, then only a wee tad. Surely, it's a keeper. :-) Link to comment
