marcadamus 1 Posted December 28, 2005 From my high camp on the Teiton glacier during a late Winter traverse of Washington's Goat Rocks range. Clouds sweep over the ice clad peaks during the long exposure as the sun sets creating a surreal and magical atmosphere unlike anything I've seen again. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted December 29, 2005 What a beautiful spot...and amazing moment in time that you captured. The cloud cover and setting sun really make this. Great job. Link to comment
rocky_walker 0 Posted December 29, 2005 Only those whom have been there fully realize and appreciate the stark beauty and lonelyness produced by its grandure. You -- as I have been truely blessed. Thank you for sharing. rr Link to comment
marianna_safronova 0 Posted January 15, 2006 It must have been breathtaking ...and probably very cold. Link to comment
samuelbitton 0 Posted May 24, 2008 Mark, this is to me one perfect mountain picture. It combines everything I love: a high view over an amazing scenery, an incredible light, some stunning low clouds to soften the landscape, a slightly rough feel given the conditions, and then great photographer that you are to capture it. It has to be one of my favourite of all your amazing shots. Goes straight into my favourites. Samuel Link to comment
