Alec, so you got another new toy. Congrats! I think I am going to get a D200 soon to replace my D1X. As for this picture, I like the way you use a slower speed to show the movement of the hanging cloths. I might crop off bottom a bit more though.

You'd probably get an even more spectacular effect of the flags in motion if you closed in on them.
