kslonaker 0 Posted December 18, 2005 Probably not the smartest thing a bird can do... Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted December 18, 2005 The birds steal catfood and the cats...well, I think you can guess... Link to comment
bradkim 8 Posted December 19, 2005 Your composition is very effective here, Kim.... I like this. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted December 19, 2005 Not a whole lot of time to compose or anything, Brad - he was quick! Link to comment

kleintje 0 Posted December 19, 2005 Wonderful capture! One eye on the food and the other looking for the 'owner' of it... We had a similar problem with our cat and his food. Birds always got most of it. Maybe that's the reason our cat got so fond of tomatoes... ;) Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted December 19, 2005 Thanks for visiting, everyone. Ilse, funny to think of a cat liking tomatoes! Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 65 Posted December 19, 2005 Kim, this is so good! The colors are wonderful, and the void across the diagonal really works. I hope you enjoy your Deep South Christmas. --Lannie Link to comment
kleintje 0 Posted December 19, 2005 Kim, our cat was so fond of tomatoes she would actually go into the kitchen to take the leftovers out of the bowl we used to collect leftovers of vegetables for the compost heap! Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted December 19, 2005 Happy Holidays to you and yours, too, Lannie! Ilse, strange cat you had! :) Link to comment
sherwinjames 0 Posted December 20, 2005 Kim, The angles, color and sharpness of the shot are all very good. I like the fact that the food is in sight, but a bit out of reach of the bird in this instance. Link to comment
birteragland 1 Posted December 20, 2005 This is really a great shot, like its contemplating, will I or won,t I, well done. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted December 20, 2005 Thanks, Sherwin & Birte. Only was able to catch one shot of the bird - he was so quick once he grabbed the catfood! Link to comment

colin carron 58,916 Posted December 23, 2005 Nicely done, Kim! The detail and colour are beautiful and the background is just right. Nice sense of the birds purpose - I can almost see a word bubble coming from his head - 'Hmm...looks good...' Best wishes for the holiday season! Link to comment
