Thank you Kim and Vi for your kind comments.... I personally like this photo.... The morning I photographed this I felt like the light was flowing along the curves of the dunes.

Thank you Richard and Natasha for your visits and kind comments.

Today I had a realization on the silent visitors... Those who visits my portfolio regularly although they do not leave any hints of their visits. They are silent supporters to me... and their supports are invaluable for my photography. My salutes... and my best wishes to them!

Thank you Donna for visiting... and for kind comments always!

I've decided to show this photo at my forthcoming exhibition at Whittier Art Gallery in July, 2006.

Congratulations on your upcoming show, Brad. I can only image how wonderful these abstract images would appear as high quality black and white prints, my favorite art medium. The prints will bring out the fine detail and subtle transitions in a wider range of shading which can only be approximated on the computer.

Brad, I'm glad to see you reposted this. I love the sense of flowing and floating land. Very artistic and beautiful use of BW tones.

Oh beautiful- indeed silky- almost like soft butter being spread out. Amazing curves. I wonder where these sanddunes are situated? We have lots of sanddunes in Denmark, but not looking so fascinating and perfect:-)

Best wishes

Annemette

Thank you, Annemette, for visiting! This photo is from Death Valley in California. You are lucky you have many sand dunes in Denmark. Visit your dunes frequently and try to find Nature's designs. Dunes are changing their shape/pattern constantly. That's the interesting part of the sand dunes.

fabulous along with all of the sand dune images. My hearty congratulations on such dedication and skill applied to the image making at this location. You have achieved a high order of excellence. I wish I could give you sevens but PN has told me that i have exceeded my limit of sevens. Warm regards,
