Yinka, what a fitting title. Love all the colors in this. The only feedback I would offer is to put a thin black frame around the photo and then the bigger white frame. The center bottom and the center top blends in with teh white frame too much.

Nice colors. well done. nice reflection.

Over Saturated yes, but I think it works very, very well, stunning photo and a great new take on an already wonderfull autumn photo, 7/7.

Actually, believe it or not, I did not adjust saturation on this one. It was a wonderful saturated scene. Actually, it was seeing this sight that made me determined to take up photography seriously.

Neither was saturation boosted nor were the reflections created in photoshop. This photo was shot with Fujichrome velvia 50, and was scanned. It appears that the white balance is slightly off, otherwise this is exactly how the slide looked (autocontrast and auolevels applied with Photoshop).

 

These photos were taken after a weekend of bad weather. A friend and I had made a trip to the Finger Lakes district in Upstate New York. Disappointed after a weekend of fog, we drove back to NJ depressed. A little before Delaware Water Gap (and I believe it was on I-80) we saw a sign that said "Lakeview". We pulled off onto a side road that was unpaved, and saw the most amazing foliage perfectly reflected in the lake, which was absolutely still. I tried to find the spot this year and could not:-(

Still, I am thankful that for a short 1/2 hour, we saw one of the most beautiful sights anyone could ever see
