From a funeral of an older veteran who served in WWII. Not trying

to be overly symbolic, but I feel that this is a powerful, sad, yet

inspiring image...

I was drawn to this image and find it compelling. I think you captured the essence of this moment quite nicely. My father was a 20 year WWII and Korea vet and I appreciate the sentiment of this image. Let us all be grateful to not only the older vets but also those who willingly serve now.
