Orchard before landing in Gilgit, Northern Pakistan

This is a shot from the airplane, short time before landing in Gilgit,

Northern Pakistan. It shows an irrigated orchard in its fall colours,

surrounded by very dry and barren mountain slopes. The photo is taken

through the not very clean window, aperture full open, time 1/1000,

camera very close to the glass, but without touching it. I recommend

to sit in the last seat on the back of the fokker to take photos

during this breathtaking flight.

here i specialy like diagonal composition dividing it into a color and b/w part!!
