Ozone falls from below

There is something capturing my eye, here, in the strong "verticality" of the image, as suggested by the fall, of course, and all the tree trunks, here included those who frame the shot.

 

That's interesting in itself, since usually this strong "vertical" effect do require a vertical composition to be achieved.

Personnaly, I like the horizontal composition, for the fall is not the main subject. The rocks in the foreground are more interesting. The only thing I would have prefered is that the fall were not so centered. Regards, Henri

First I like the dark deep red colors which are very captivating, and than the composition of vertical bg. of the trees and horizontal fg. of rocks. I like the way the water are doing from back to front. beautiful composition, I agree though that the fall is too centered. A nice nature image. Pnina
