The singer is positioned far too low in the frame in my opinion. You might try cropping off the right side to just behind his head (then the yellowish beam coming from the top of his head leaves near the corner of the frame) and cropping down from the top to exclude the bright blue screen on teh left edge (then the other yellow beam emanating from his hands leaves through the corner of the frame. This would make it a far more interesting photograph for me.
