I cannot tell you how glad I am to see you back.

This lake is fed by a creek and was pasture land where my Grandparent's cattle grazed .

I'm learning the new rules here and now will

try to put my new additions through the Q. forum.

Thanks for visiting! Merni

Boy, it's hard not to take a picture on a morning like this. The mirrored lake surface is a lovely gradient of the sunrise colours and I like the way the kayak is framed by the refections in the backgound and the lovely grasses in the foreground.

Merni, I think this is the type of image you're supposed to hold in your mind's eye when you meditate. . . serene and tranquil . . . thank you for getting up early to take this shot. .

Lovely glow and golden palette at sunrise.

For me it seems like the surface and horizon needs some adjustements (cw). Maybe an optical illusion but still there for me.

Very nice picture.

Thank you Sarah, Paula,Donna and Jan.

Jan where it's darker in this picture the hill curves back into a quarry where the 3 hills come together. I'll look for more pictures from here.
