Seemed drunk? Maybe he was a diabetic or perhaps he had a seizure - maybe he was mugged. In any case, I clicked to read the comments specifically because I've seen many "indigent" or "down and out" pictures on photo.net, but this one struck me as a little voyeuristic and it troubled me. Be careful - he may be a photo.net member having a bad day and you implied he was a drunk.

Well buddy when you walk the streets of NYC as many times as I have done, I think you can safely pick out the drunks, homeless and people that are not as lucky as we are. Not funny at all but it does illustrate the contrast of what is possible in the worlds richest nation
