We all agree that the photo is excellent. I would like to make a constructive criticism on the "equipment". Get yourself a Brikka by Bialetti, read and follow the brewing instructions. Sit, drink, relax and then you'll probably update the background of this photo.

PS Hope I will not ruin your birthday present but I think that old coffee machines are more romantic than a brand new design (even if it is Italian). Besides, if a coffee machine was used that much, it surely means that it makes good coffee. ;-)

Alejandro my friend . the perfect coffee is an everyday beginning . i don't leave home without having my good morning coffee :) . the coffee machine is too old . it served me for years but i think its time to replace it with another simple one :)
